Fun Day Fundraiser for Danny Pickard

Danny Pickard has CHARGE Syndrome and is profoundly deaf. 

His only hope of hearing is an auditory brain stem implant.  His family is hoping to raise £65,000 for the surgery in Italy, travel expenses, specialist therapies and equipment.

To raise money, there was a Fun Day Fundraiser at the Burwell Ex-Service & Social Club on Sunday 27th October, from 10am onwards - with the following attractions . . . .

Despite not ideal weather conditions the event went really well and raised £1,527.28 for Danny.

Thanks go to the main organiser Emily Estall and to the Burwell Club members who freely gave their time and energies.
